Faye is a seasoned educator with over a decade of teaching experience, specialising in trombone (first study), bass trombone, trumpet, cornet, euphonium, music theory, and beginner piano. They are SEND-trained and have served as creative mentors for many dyslexic, ADHD, and autistic students.
Faye graduated from the Royal Academy of Music and the Brit School of Performing Arts. Career highlights include session and freelance work with Yungblud, ITV’s The Masked Singer, Channel 4’s Chris Moyles Quiz Night, The Rock Orchestra and Hackney Colliery Brass Band.

We have known Faye for 8 years now and she has taught both of our daughters brass instruments. The first one trumpet and the second trombone. It was the best introduction to playing music that we could possibly have hoped for. She instilled a love of playing in both of them in a way that I'm not sure many other teachers could have. Their motivation for practicing and improving is really high and never seems to wane.
I believe this is down to the foundation that Faye put in place by making the music and learning really fun. She built their confidence incredibly well, carefully setting pieces that were always the right balance of being challenging but achievable so they could feel themselves progressing and the results of their practice were so clear they could feel really proud and happy with their accomplishments.
